Ingredients:

    1. 1 1/2 cup Besan
    2. 3/4 cup Water
    3. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
    4. 1 tsp Chilli paste
    5. 1 tsp Ginger paste
    6. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
    7. pinch of Hing
    8. 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method:

    1. First mix besan with water in to mixing bowl to make it in to smooth paste.
    2. Now heat up oil in a pan.
    3. After oil is hot add cumin seeds and hing.
    4. Then add grated ginger and chilli paste and cook for a minute.
    5. Lower down the heat, add turmeric powder, mix very well.
    6. Now pour besan paste, mix very well.
    7. Add salt to taste.
    8. Cover and cook on a very low heat until raw smell from besan goes away.
    9. Add lemon juice and again give that a good mix.
    10. After the besan is cooked, transfer that on to separate dish.
    11. Grease hand with out and knead the besan mixture in to soft dough.
    12. Spread out the dough evenly on to greased dish.
    13. Cut that in to desired shape.
    14. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and freshly scraped coconut.
